Antiscalant for High Sulphate Water is engineered for Agra's industrial units drawing water from deep borewells or Yamuna tributaries where sulfate levels exceed 600 ppm due to agricultural runoff and industrial discharge. High sulfate combined with calcium and barium leads to gypsum (CaSO4·2H2O) and barite (BaSO4) scales that are extremely hard to remove. Our antiscalant uses advanced polyacrylate-sulfonate copolymers and phosphino-carboxylic acid (PCA) technology to disrupt sulfate crystal nucleation and growth. For Agra's marble processing units (which discharge calcium-rich wastewater) and the tannery cluster, this product prevents scale on heat exchangers and RO membranes even at 120% supersaturation of CaSO4. The dosage ranges from 4-10 ppm, and it remains effective up to 80°C – critical for Agra's boiler feed water pretreatment. Unlike conventional antiscalants, our formulation does not precipitate with ferric or aluminum coagulants commonly used in Agra's ETPs. It also disperses clay and silt particles (high turbidity during monsoon months when Yamuna water carries 500+ NTU). This antiscalant helps Agra's textile auxiliary units achieve ZLD by enabling higher recovery ratios (85%+) without sulfate scaling.
In calculating the dose rate of INNOVA MT 065 for facilities in Agra, the membrane manufacturer's operating limits and local feed water quality should be strictly considered. All dose rate calculations should be made on the computer projection programme "e-WATER 5.0", which calculates the Ipb/Ksp ratio for calcium sulphate and other potential scaling salts specific to the Agra water table.

INNOVA MT 065 can be diluted with product water and should be applied continuously by means of a suitable metering pump. For the tea processing and rubber industries in Agra, continuous feed is essential since calcium sulphate is difficult to remove once precipitation has occurred in local filtration units.
INNOVA MT 065 has been developed specially as a calcium sulphate inhibitor, for waters with CaSO4 Ipb/Ksp ratio of 2.8 to 7.0. It functions by a powerful threshold mechanism of calcium carbonate, and is highly tolerant to the presence of iron.
