Innova's Antiscalants and Mineral Dispersants product line combines dual functionality for Agra's complex industrial water circuits. The formulation contains low-molecular-weight polyacrylic acids (2000-5000 Da) and maleic acid copolymers that simultaneously inhibit scale crystal growth and disperse existing mineral deposits. In Agra's cooling towers (common in hotels, power backup diesel generators, and manufacturing plants), the high evaporation rate (due to 45°C summer) concentrates calcium, magnesium, and silica, causing sticky sludge that reduces heat transfer. Our dispersant package keeps these particles suspended, allowing blowdown removal without fouling fill media. For Agra's leather tanneries using chrome tanning, the product prevents chromium hydroxide precipitation on pipelines and pumps. The mineral dispersant component is effective against iron oxide (from corroded pipelines), clay, silt, and biological debris. Laboratory tests using Agra's tap water (TDS 800-1200 ppm) showed 95% inhibition of calcium carbonate and 85% dispersion of iron flocs. The product operates at pH 6.5-9.0 and temperature up to 100°C. It is compatible with all common biocides (oxidizing and non-oxidizing) used in Agra's cooling systems. Regular use reduces manual cleaning frequency for Agra's industrial heat exchangers by 60%.
