Innova's Antiscalants and Mineral Dispersants combine low-MW polyacrylic acids (2000-5000 Da) and maleic acid copolymers for dual action: scale inhibition and particle dispersion. In Ahmedabad's cooling towers (textile mills, pharma, dairy), 45°C summer evaporation concentrates calcium, magnesium, silica – causing sticky sludge. Our dispersant keeps particles suspended for blowdown removal. For textile desizing/scouring, it prevents redeposition of impurities. For engineering units with closed loops, it disperses iron oxide and silt. Tests using Ahmedabad tap water (hardness 350-500 ppm) showed 95% CaCO₃ inhibition and 85% iron dispersion. Operates pH 6.5-9.0, up to 100°C. Compatible with all common biocides. For CETPs in Vatva and Naroda, it prevents sludge deposition in clarifiers. Reduces heat exchanger cleaning frequency by 60%.
