Flocculant Ionic Syrup Certification refers to food-grade polyelectrolytes for sugar syrup clarification – Innova Corporate supplies anionic or non-ionic polyacrylamides (APAM, NPAM) with very low residual monomer (<0.02% acrylamide) and NSF/FDA certification for use in Ahmedabad's sugar refining, sweets manufacturing, and glucose syrup production. Ahmedabad has a large sweets and confectionery industry (mohanthal, magaj, son papdi, etc.) and also units producing liquid glucose, invert syrup, and high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) for industrial use. Raw sugar syrup (50-70 Brix) contains colloidal impurities, pectins, proteins, lipids, and waxes that cause turbidity and affect the final product's appearance, shelf life, and mouthfeel. Our flocculant, added at 0.5-5 ppm to the hot syrup (70-80°C, pH 6-7), aggregates these impurities into large flocs that are easily removed by filtration (plate and frame, or pressure leaf) or centrifugation. The result is a brilliantly clear syrup suitable for high-end sweets and beverages. The product is completely soluble and leaves no taste, odor, or color. We provide certificates for food-grade compliance (21 CFR 173.315 for polyacrylamides, EU 231/2012) and HALAL and Kosher for Ahmedabad's export-oriented sweet manufacturers (some export to the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia). It is also used in molasses clarification (before fermentation for ethanol production) and in cane juice clarification (at sugar mills near Ahmedabad, e.g., in Kheda or Mehsana districts). Available as white granules in 25kg bags with inner liner. For best results, make a 0.1% stock solution (dissolve in deionized water with gentle stirring) and dose continuously into the syrup line. For batch processes (small sweet shops), we offer pre-weighed packets (1g, 5g, 10g) to add directly to the syrup kettle. We also offer on-site trials with a portable jar test apparatus to determine optimal dosage for your specific syrup. For Ahmedabad's fruit juice industry (mango, guava, pomegranate), the same product clarifies juice – removing pectin and cellulose. Shelf life: 24 months. For larger sugar mills (10,000 TCD or more), we supply in 500kg super sacks and provide automatic make-down and dosing systems.

Dosage & Feeding :

    Recommended dosage is in the range of 5 to 10 ppm on syrup solids.

Directions for Use :

    INNOVA SP 114 may be unloaded manually or taken directly in to the dilution tank from the container. Prepare stock solution (1.0 to 1.5% w/v) of the polyelectrolytes using clear filtered water. Prepare feed solution by diluting the stock solution directly or by on-line using filtered water.

    For small chemicals can be dosed by gravity or by dosing equipment. However, for large systems use of dosing system is recommended. We will recommend the dosing equipment best suited for your requirement.

Storage & Handling :

    Do not store the material in open. Keep the container tightly closed when not in use. These products exhibit very low order of oral toxicity. No special care is required in handling this product.
