Innova Corporate (India) offers Coagulant Cationic Poly Electrolyte PE-605 – a medium molecular weight (1-2 million Da), high charge density (6-8 meq/g) liquid polymer for US industrial wastewater pretreatment. It is ideal for dairy effluent (Wisconsin, California, New York), food processing (Midwest, Southeast), and chemical plants (Gulf Coast, Ohio Valley). PE-605 works by charge neutralization and bridging flocculation, converting fats, oils, greases (FOG), proteins, and anionic surfactants into large flocs for settling or DAF. For US dairy ETPs (milk processing, cheese, yogurt), it reduces TSS from 2000 ppm to <100 ppm and FOG by 90% at 80-120 ppm. For food processing wastewater (meat, poultry, vegetable), it improves primary clarification. For chemical plants, it handles high salt concentrations (TDS up to 10,000 ppm). Effective over pH 5-11. Used in conjunction with inorganic coagulants (alum, PAC, ferric) to reduce overall cost. Supplied as 0.2-0.5% solution (powder or liquid emulsion).
