Innova Corporate (India) supplies Dispersing Agent 55 – a sulfonated polyacrylate copolymer (AA/AMPS, MW ~15,000 Da) for US high-hardness, high-pH, high-temperature systems. The AMPS group provides superior stability against calcium precipitation up to 10,000 ppm hardness and 120°C (248°F). For US cooling towers using high-chloride water (brackish or reclaimed), it prevents scale and disperses iron. For US high-pressure boilers, it conditions magnetite sludge. For US reverse osmosis antiscalants, it is a key component. Dosage: 2-15 ppm for scale inhibition, 10-50 ppm for dispersion. Available as 35-40% active liquid in 200L drums, 1000L IBCs. We provide polymer residual testing and compatibility studies.
