Biocides Di thio Carbamate Food Grade (INNOVA BCD 002) in Bawal
Innova Corporate (India) supplies Food Grade Di-Thio Carbamate based biocide (active: sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate – SDDC) for Bawal's food processing industry – including small dairy units, bakeries, and food packaging units in the Bawal-Rewari region. SDDC is effective against a wide range of bacteria, molds, and yeasts without imparting taste, odor, or color. For sugar syrup storage (if any confectionery), adding 10-50 ppm prevents fermentation and mold growth. For dairy plants, it prevents spoilage in milk chilling and paneer units. For bakeries, it preserves glazes and fillings. The product is non-foaming and stable over pH 6-10. It exhibits rapid kill (contact time 30 minutes at 50 ppm) and degrades within 1-3 days. For cooling towers serving food plants, this biocide prevents Legionella without corroding stainless steel. Dosing: 25-75 ppm once daily, or 150 ppm weekly shock. It works synergistically with glutaraldehyde. The product is certified HALAL and Kosher for export-oriented food units. For reverse osmosis systems in food plants, it can be used as a sanitizer. Available in 25L carboys, 200L drums, and 1000L IBCs (with food-grade inner coating). We provide certificates of food-grade compliance (FDA 21 CFR 173.310), HALAL, and Kosher upon request. Shelf life: 18 months.

Dosage & Feeding:
INNOVA BCD 002 is stable and can be stored for extended period of time. Product should be stored in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Special care should be taken to avoid contact with chemicals such as acids, quaternary compounds, oxidising agents, low pH materials etc. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and food. In case of contact, immediately flush yes or skin with large amount of water several times. If swallowed, drink large amount of water or milk and get medical attention immediately. Do not reuse the empty container, destroy it.
