Innova Corporate (India) supplies Boiler Descaling Chemicals – heavy-duty acidic and chelant-based cleaners for Bawal's industrial boilers that have suffered from inadequate pretreatment, especially common in older steel re-rolling mills, metal casting foundries, and small engineering units. The typical scale composition in Bawal's boilers from high-TDS groundwater is calcium carbonate (60-70%), iron oxide (20-30% from high-iron water), and silica (5-10%). Our descaling products include: inhibited hydrochloric acid (15-25%) – for fast removal; sulfamic acid (5-15%) – safer (powder); citric acid (5-10%) – for food-grade applications; EDTA-based alkaline descalers – for mixed iron and calcium deposits. For Bawal's steel mills and automotive plants, we recommend a two-step process: acid descaling followed by chelant cleaning for iron deposits. Our inhibited acid formulations contain corrosion inhibitors to protect boiler steel during circulation (4-12 hours). For severe scale (>5mm), we may repeat treatment. After descaling, we provide neutralization chemicals and passivation solutions (sodium nitrite). Field case: A Bawal steel re-rolling mill's 6 TPH boiler had 5mm mixed scale – after descaling, fuel consumption dropped by 15%. For food-grade boilers (if any), we use citric acid based descaling. We offer on-site supervision. Available in 25L, 200L drums (liquid acids) and 25kg bags (solid acids). Also supply descaling pumps, hoses, and PPE kits.
