Innova Corporate (India) offers Chilled Water & Closed Loop Corrosion Inhibitors for Bawal's air conditioning systems, process chillers, and closed recirculating loops in steel mills (control rooms, offices), automotive plants, engineering workshops, and commercial buildings. Bawal's make-up water – groundwater (TDS 1000-2500 mg/L, chlorides 150-300 ppm, sulfates 200-500 ppm) – can cause pitting corrosion of mild steel, copper, and brass in chilled water systems. Our inhibitors are based on molybdate (100-200 ppm), nitrite (400-800 ppm), or azole (tolyltriazole), often blended with phosphate and polymer dispersants. For Bawal's steel mill control room HVAC and automotive plant chillers, we recommend nitrite-borate-azole formulation for mixed metallurgy systems. For engineering workshops with smaller chillers, we offer easy-to-use liquid inhibitors with tracer dye. For Bawal's large manufacturing plants with critical temperature control, we provide molybdate-based inhibitors (better for long-term stability). For food-grade closed loops (if any), we supply NSF-certified inhibitors (molybdate-based, no nitrite). We provide corrosion coupon testing (ASTM D2688), test kits (nitrite, molybdate, pH, conductivity, azole), and automatic feed systems. For systems with high iron content (common in Bawal's groundwater), our inhibitors include additional chelants. Available in 25L, 200L drums, and 1000L IBCs.
