Cooling System Descaling Compounds in Bawal

Innova Corporate (India) offers Cooling System Descaling Compounds – heavy-duty acid-based and chelant-based cleaners for Bawal's cooling towers, heat exchangers, and condenser tubes. The primary challenge in Bawal's cooling systems is scaling from high-TDS groundwater (TDS 1000-2500 mg/L, hardness 400-800 ppm, high iron), especially in steel re-rolling mills, automotive plants, and engineering workshops. Scale thickness of just 1 mm reduces heat transfer by 20-30%, increasing energy costs. Our descaling compounds include: inhibited sulfamic acid (powder, 5-15% solution) – safer than HCl; phosphonic acid blends (liquid) – for mixed scale; EDTA-based alkaline descalers – for iron oxide removal (critical for high-iron groundwater). For Bawal's steel mills and automotive plants, we provide a closed-loop circulation method: circulate 5-15% descaler for 4-12 hours at 40-50°C (104-122°F). Our inhibitors protect mild steel, copper, and stainless steel from acid attack. For online cleaning (without shutdown), we offer slow-dissolving granular descalers added to the cooling basin. For small engineering workshops with neglected cooling towers, our granular acid cleaner quickly dissolves scale. After descaling, we supply passivation chemicals (sodium nitrite or molybdate). Available in 25kg bags (powder) and 30kg carboys (liquid). For large systems (>500 m³), we provide bulk tankers and on-site supervision. We also supply descaler circulation pumps, hoses, and PPE.

Our chemicals are suitable for de-scaling the equipment utilized in Bawal's growing sectors, including pharmaceuticals, oil refineries, power plants, food industries, and beverage industries.
