Innova Corporate (India) offers a specialized defoamer for syrup tanks – a food-grade antifoam for Bawal's food processing industry, particularly small bakeries, confectionery, and dairy units in the Bawal-Rewari region. During sugar syrup boiling (for glazes, fillings, preserves), intense foaming occurs due to proteins, pectins, and natural surfactants. This foam can cause overflow, product loss, and safety hazards. Our defoamer is a food-grade emulsion of PDMS or polyether block copolymer, odorless, tasteless, and heat-stable up to 100°C (212°F). Addition of just 5-20 ppm immediately collapses foam. Compliant with FDA 21 CFR 173.340 and available with HALAL and Kosher certification for export-oriented products. For Bawal's bakeries and confectionery units, we supply in 5L, 25L, 200L drums. Also used in dairy for flavored milk syrups and ice cream mixes. We provide certificates of food-grade compliance, HALAL, and Kosher. For small-scale bakers, we offer 500ml and 1L bottles with a dropper. Shelf life: 24 months. We also offer automatic defoamer injection systems for continuous processing lines.
In process water and effluent treatment plants across Bawal, foam may be formed from organic or inorganic origins; this product reduces the foam within 2 to 3 minutes. By reducing the surface tension of wastewater, the adherence of bubbles on the surface of water is reduced and entrapped air is released to the open environment, ensuring smoother operations for Bawal based industrial plants.
Tacelene Chem 2015 Dosage for Process & ET Plants to subside the foam we recommended 200 gms. per 10000 ltrs. capacity. Our product directly added to the Process tank & Aeration tank dilution with water. If foam concentration is high or elevated dose may be by extra 100 gms., subsequently. Application & dosage can be determined by taking industrial trials.
Tacelene Chem 2015 is compatible with almost all products used in process & effluent water treatment program.
