Innova Corporate (India) offers Deposit Controller 274 – a multifunctional liquid formulation for Bawal's cooling water systems, blending phosphonates (HEDP, ATMP), polyacrylate copolymer, tolyltriazole (for copper), and a zinc salt (cathodic inhibitor). It provides scale inhibition, corrosion protection, and dispersion in one drum, ideal for small-to-medium cooling towers in steel re-rolling mills, automotive plants, engineering workshops, and food processing. Deposit Controller 274 effectively prevents calcium carbonate scale at LSI up to +2.0, disperses iron oxides (critical for Bawal's high-iron groundwater), silt, and silica, and protects mild steel (corrosion rate <2 mpy) and copper alloys (<0.5 mpy). For Bawal's typical groundwater (TDS 1000-2500 mg/L, hardness 400-800 ppm, alkalinity 300-500 ppm), a dosage of 50-150 ppm maintains clean heat transfer surfaces. The product is stable up to 60°C (140°F) and pH 6.5-9.5, and is compatible with oxidizing biocides. For best results, maintain pH 7.8-8.5. Deposit Controller 274 is supplied as a clear amber liquid with specific gravity 1.15-1.20. It can be dosed via electronic metering pump proportional to make-up water flow. We provide test kits for total phosphate, zinc, and conductivity for on-site monitoring. For Bawal's seasonal operations (some plants reduce production in extreme summer heat), we offer a lay-up treatment at higher concentration. Available in 25L, 200L drums, and 1000L IBCs.

Dosage & Feeding:

    INNOVA BW 274 can be dosed directly by dissolving up to 5% in the best quality of water available. The proper treatment levels vary with factors like boiler system, operating conditions, boiler pressure and water Characteristics. The desired feeding mode is the continuous injection to feed water. Use sufficient quantity of INNOVA BW 274 to maintain recommended phosphate residual in the boiler water.

Handling:

    Keep the container closed when not in use. Avoid contact with eye or prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention. In case of ingestion, wash mouth thoroughly and drink plenty of water..
