Innova Corporate (India) offers Dispersing Agent 35 – a low-molecular-weight polyacrylic acid (PAA) sodium salt (MW ~3500 Da) designed as a general-purpose dispersant and scale inhibitor for Bawal's industrial water treatment, metalworking, and cleaning applications. This product is highly effective for dispersing calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, clay, and iron oxide particles in cooling water, boiler feed, and reverse osmosis feed streams. For Bawal's steel mills and engineering plants, it keeps iron oxides dispersed in cooling water (critical for high-iron groundwater). For automotive component manufacturing, it is used in parts washing solutions to prevent redeposition of soils. For cooling towers, a dosage of 2-10 ppm maintains clean surfaces. The product has a carboxyl group density of 10-12 meq/g and is stable over pH 3-11 and temperature up to 90°C (194°F). It is compatible with non-ionic and anionic surfactants, phosphonates, and most biocides. Supplied as a 45-50% active liquid (clear to pale yellow). For detergent manufacturing (small local units), it acts as a builder and anti-redeposition agent. Dosage: 1 ppm per 100 ppm of total hardness. For closed loops (chillers in automotive plants), 5-15 ppm helps keep iron oxides dispersed. Available in 200L drums and 1000L IBCs (liquid) and 25kg bags (powder).
