Innova Corporate (India) offers Dispersing Agent 45 – a medium-molecular-weight polyacrylate (MW ~8000 Da) optimized for dispersion of high concentrations of suspended solids in Bawal's industrial effluents, cooling water, and metalworking operations. This product has a higher molecular weight than Dispersing Agent 35, providing enhanced bridging and steric stabilization for fine particles like clay, silt, precipitated iron oxides, and metal fines. For Bawal's steel mill effluent, it disperses iron oxide and scale particles, preventing sedimentation in pipelines. For cooling towers using high-TDS groundwater (1000-2500 mg/L), Dispersing Agent 45 prevents mud balls and sludge accumulation on fill media. It also acts as a threshold scale inhibitor for calcium carbonate. The product is thermally stable to 100°C (212°F) and works in pH 4-10. For reverse osmosis feed, it helps prevent colloidal fouling – reducing Silt Density Index (SDI). Dosage: 5-30 ppm as product. Available as a 45% active liquid (viscosity ~500 cP). It is anionic and incompatible with cationic coagulants – add at different points. For Bawal's CETPs, this dispersant improves settling in primary clarifiers. Pack sizes: 200L drums, 1000L IBCs.
