Innova Corporate (India) offers Dispersing Agent 55 – a sulfonated polyacrylate copolymer (AA/AMPS, MW ~15,000 Da) for Bawal's demanding applications requiring both scale inhibition and dispersion of iron, clay, and organic matter in high-hardness, high-pH, and high-temperature conditions. The AMPS functional group provides superior stability in the presence of high calcium (up to 10,000 ppm), high pH (up to 9.5), and high temperature (up to 120°C/248°F). This product is particularly effective for boiler water treatment in Bawal's steel mills and engineering plants where feed water has high TDS and iron. It disperses magnetite (Fe₃O₄) particles in high-pressure boilers, preventing under-deposit corrosion. In cooling towers using phosphate-based corrosion inhibitors, Dispersing Agent 55 prevents calcium phosphate scale (Ca₃(PO₄)₂). It also disperses zinc phosphate scale. For reverse osmosis antiscalant formulations (for Bawal's ZLD plants), this copolymer is a key component. Dosage: 2-15 ppm for scale inhibition, 10-50 ppm for dispersion. It is compatible with all common cooling water chemicals except strong oxidizers at high concentration. Available as a 35-40% active liquid, free-flowing, pale yellow. For Bawal's paper mills (if any), Dispersing Agent 55 is used in de-inking to disperse ink particles. Pack sizes: 200L drums, 1000L IBCs. We provide pilot testing and polymer residual analysis.
