Flocculant Ionic Syrup Certification (INNOVA SP 114) in Bawal
Innova Corporate (India) supplies food-grade flocculants for Bawal's sugar syrup, honey processing, and beverage clarification – compliant with FDA 21 CFR 173.315, HALAL, Kosher. These anionic or non-ionic polyacrylamides remove colloidal impurities, pectins, proteins, and waxes from sugar syrups (50-70 Brix) at 0.5-5 ppm. For Bawal's confectionery and bakery units (producing candies, cakes, glazes), raw sugar syrup often contains impurities that cause haze and affect texture. Adding our flocculant to hot syrup (70-80°C/158-176°F) aggregates impurities into flocs removed by filtration, yielding a brilliantly clear syrup for consistent quality. For honey processing units (if any), it removes pollen and wax residues. For fruit juice and beverage units (if any), it clarifies juice and reduces haze. The product is tasteless, odorless, and leaves no residue. Available as white granules in 25kg bags with complete certification. For small food units, we offer pre-weighed packets (1g, 5g, 10g) for direct addition. We also offer on-site jar testing and turbidity measurement (ICUMSA for sugar, haze units for juice). Shelf life: 24 months.
This product is effective over a wide range of pH and has great flexibility in coping with fluctuation in operating conditions across Bawal. With their remarkable settling properties, they rapidly bring down clarifier mud levels under control when "difficult" process syrups are treated, ensuring consistent production standards for local manufacturers.

Dosage & Feeding :
Recommended dosage is in the range of 5 to 10 ppm on syrup solids.
Directions for Use :
INNOVA SP 114 may be unloaded manually or taken directly in to the dilution tank from the container. Prepare stock solution (1.0 to 1.5% w/v) of the polyelectrolytes using clear filtered water. Prepare feed solution by diluting the stock solution directly or by on-line using filtered water.
For small chemicals can be dosed by gravity or by dosing equipment. However, for large systems use of dosing system is recommended. We will recommend the dosing equipment best suited for your requirement.
Storage & Handling :
Do not store the material in open. Keep the container tightly closed when not in use. These products exhibit very low order of oral toxicity. No special care is required in handling this product.
