Proper feeding can be achieved by introducing the product or prepared solution into the boiler with on line dosage pumps. Solution if prepared, should be made in a covered tank. Since the solution can absorb oxygen from the atmosphere, not more than one days requirement should be prepared at onetime. INNOVA BW 303 is best fed to the boiler feed water pump outlet. In case of systems with a de-areator, the best point of feed is the de-areator outlet.
Dosage & Feeding:
INNOVA BW 303 can be dosed directly by dissolving up to 5% in the best quality of water available. The proper treatment levels vary with factors like boiler system, operating conditions, boiler pressure and water Characteristics. The desired feeding mode is the continuous injection to feed water. Use sufficient quantity of INNOVA BW 303 to maintain recommended phosphate residual in the boiler water.
Handling:
Avoid contact with eyes or prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water for at least 10 to 15 minutes and seek immediate medical attention. Remove contaminated clothing and in severe cases seek immediate medical attention. Wear gloves and goggles wherever appropriate.
