Innova Corporate (India) offers Dispersing Agent 45 – a medium-molecular-weight polyacrylate (MW ~8000 Da) optimized for dispersion of high concentrations of suspended solids in Bihar's industrial effluents, cooling water, and mineral processing circuits. This product has a higher molecular weight than Dispersing Agent 35, providing enhanced bridging and steric stabilization for fine particles like clay, silt, precipitated metal hydroxides (iron, aluminum), and organic solids. For Bihar's sugar mills (effluent from floor washing and juice spills), which contains fine suspended solids (bagasse fines, mud), Dispersing Agent 45 keeps particles suspended, preventing rapid sedimentation in clarifiers and allowing more efficient solids removal. For rice mills (parboiling effluent with rice bran fines), it disperses solids to prevent clogging of pumps and pipes. For cooling towers that operate on Ganges river water during monsoon (when turbidity reaches 300-1000 NTU), Dispersing Agent 45 prevents mud balls and sludge accumulation on fill media and in the basin, ensuring uniform water distribution and heat transfer. It also acts as a threshold scale inhibitor for calcium carbonate, but its primary role is dispersion. The product is thermally stable to 100°C and works in pH 4-10.
