Innova Corporate (India) offers Coagulant Cationic Poly Electrolyte PE-605 – a medium molecular weight (1-2 million Da), high charge density (6-8 meq/g) liquid polymer for Mumbai's industrial wastewater pretreatment – especially for refineries (oily wastewater), pharmaceutical ETPs, textile mills, and engineering workshops. PE-605 works by charge neutralization and bridging flocculation, converting fine colloidal particles – such as oils, greases, suspended solids, dyes, and metal fines – into larger flocs that settle rapidly or float (in DAF). For Mumbai's refineries (BPCL, HPCL), effluent from desalters and tank cleaning contains high oil and suspended solids. PE-605 reduces TSS from 1500 ppm to <100 ppm at 60-120 ppm dosage. For pharmaceutical ETPs, it clarifies high-COD wastewater. For textile mills, it removes dyes and auxiliaries. The product is effective over pH 5-11 and can be used with inorganic coagulants (alum, PAC, ferric chloride). Dosage optimization via jar testing is essential – we provide portable jar test apparatus and training. The polymer is supplied as a 0.2-0.5% solution. For continuous treatment, we recommend a dosing skid with static mixer, aging tank, and metering pump. For powder form (100% active), we supply in 25kg bags. The product is non-toxic and biodegradable. For Mumbai's CETPs, PE-605 is used as a primary coagulant before DAF. Available in 200L drums and 1000L IBCs (liquid).
