Innova Corporate (India) offers an Antiscalant for High Sulphate Water designed for Coimbatore's industrial sites where groundwater contains elevated sulfate levels (300-800 ppm) due to industrial contamination or natural gypsum deposits (common in parts of the textile belt). High sulfate combined with calcium leads to gypsum (CaSO₄·2H₂O) scale which is extremely hard to remove. Our antiscalant uses advanced polyacrylate-sulfonate copolymers (AA/AMPS) and PCA (phosphino-carboxylic acid) technology to disrupt sulfate crystal nucleation and growth. For Coimbatore's textile mills (dyeing units) and engineering plants, cooling towers and RO systems facing sulfate scaling – our antiscalant prevents scale even at 120% supersaturation of CaSO₄. For ZLD systems (increasingly required by TNPCB for textile clusters), this antiscalant enables recovery ratios >85% without sulfate scaling, reducing evaporation load. Dosage: 4-10 ppm, effective up to 80°C (176°F). Unlike conventional antiscalants, our formulation does not precipitate with ferric or aluminum coagulants commonly used in Coimbatore's effluent treatment plants (ETPs). It also disperses clay and silt from river water. Available in 25L, 200L drums. We provide on-site scale prediction using OLI or ScaleSoft software for optimal dosing. Compatible with all common biocides and corrosion inhibitors. For wet grinder foundry effluents, we offer a low-phosphorus variant.

Treatment & Dosage Requirements in Coimbatore:

    In calculating the dose rate of INNOVA MT 065 for facilities in Coimbatore, the membrane manufacturer's operating limits and local feed water quality should be strictly considered.     INNOVA MT 065 can be diluted with product water and should be applied continuously by means of a suitable metering pump.
