Innova Corporate (India) supplies a high-performance Acrylic Metal Co-Polymer specifically designed for Delhi's challenging water conditions across data center cooling towers, pharmaceutical plants, food processing units, and manufacturing facilities. This advanced scale inhibitor and dispersant is ideal for cooling towers, boilers, and reverse osmosis systems operating on Yamuna river water (TDS 800-1500 mg/L, hardness 200-400 ppm, high ammonia, heavy metals) and groundwater (TDS 1500-3500 mg/L, hardness 400-800 ppm, high iron). The co-polymer effectively disperses calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, iron oxides, and silica, preventing sludge deposition on heat exchangers, RO membranes, and boiler tubes. With exceptional thermal stability up to 120°C (248°F) and compatibility with chlorine-based biocides, it maintains equipment efficiency even during Delhi's extreme summer peaks (45°C/113°F). Our formulation significantly reduces maintenance costs in data centers (chiller loops), pharma cleanrooms (cooling systems), textile units (dyeing machines), and food processing boilers. For zero liquid discharge (ZLD) systems (increasingly required by DPCC for industrial clusters), this acrylic co-polymer enables high recovery (>85%) by preventing metal hydroxide and silica scaling. For Delhi's industries using high-TDS groundwater, it provides exceptional scale control. Available in 200L drums, 1000L IBCs. Dosage: 2-15 ppm.
