Innova Corporate (India) offers Chilled Water & Closed Loop Corrosion Inhibitors for Delhi's air conditioning systems, process chillers, and closed recirculating loops in data centers (critical cooling), pharmaceutical cleanrooms, hospitals (AIIMS, Apollo), hotels (Ashok, ITC), commercial high-rises (Connaught Place, Nehru Place, Cyber City), and power plants. Delhi's make-up water – Yamuna water (TDS 800-1500 mg/L, chlorides 150-300 ppm) or groundwater (TDS 1500-3500 mg/L, chlorides 200-500 ppm) – can cause pitting corrosion of mild steel, copper, and brass in chilled water systems. Our inhibitors are based on molybdate (100-200 ppm), nitrite (400-800 ppm), or azole (tolyltriazole), often blended with phosphate and polymer dispersants. For Delhi's large data centers (Noida, Gurugram, Manesar) and commercial complexes, we recommend nitrite-borate-azole formulation for mixed metallurgy systems. For facilities using high-chloride groundwater, we offer molybdate-based inhibitors (better chloride tolerance). For food-grade closed loops (dairy, bakeries), we supply NSF-certified inhibitors (molybdate-based, no nitrite). We provide corrosion coupon testing (ASTM D2688), test kits (nitrite, molybdate, pH, conductivity, azole), and automatic feed systems.
