Innova Corporate (India) offers a Color Removal Chemical – a proprietary blend of dicyandiamide-formaldehyde polymer (DCDA-F) and polyamine derivatives specifically engineered for Delhi's textile effluent and industrial wastewater color removal. The textile industry in Delhi (Bawana, Narela, Okhla) uses a range of dyes, producing wastewater with intense color (ADMI often >1500). Additionally, pharmaceutical and food processing effluents may have color from intermediates or natural extracts. This color removal chemical works by forming insoluble complexes with dye and color molecules through ionic and hydrogen bonding. It is effective at low dosages (30-100 ppm) over pH 5-11. Unlike conventional coagulants, this product produces compact, non-leachable sludge (20-30% less volume). For Delhi's textile CETPs, adding this chemical after biological treatment reduces color to <100 ADMI meeting DPCC standards. For pharmaceutical ZLD plants (if color from intermediates), it helps remove color before RO membranes. The product is compatible with polyelectrolyte flocculants (anionic or non-ionic). For zero liquid discharge (ZLD) systems in Delhi's textile and pharma clusters, this chemical is essential to prevent RO membrane staining. Available as a 30-40% active liquid (amber to brown). Dosing using a positive displacement pump. We provide color measurement kits (handheld spectrophotometer or ADMI comparator) for on-site monitoring. Pack sizes: 200L drums, 1000L IBCs. For large users (CETPs), bulk tanker supply available. Shelf life: 12 months (store below 40°C/104°F). We provide color removal efficiency testing using UV-Vis scans.
