Innova Corporate (India) offers Multi-Purpose Treatment Chemical 538 – a phosphonate-free, environmentally friendly alternative for Delhi's cooling water and closed loop systems. It contains polyaspartic acid (biodegradable scale inhibitor), sodium molybdate (corrosion inhibitor), tolyltriazole, and a polymer dispersant. This product is ideal for industries discharging to Delhi's CETPs or required to meet DPCC zero liquid discharge (ZLD) norms with strict phosphorus limits (<5 mg/L as P). For data centers, pharmaceutical plants, and textile units operating cooling towers, MP-538 prevents calcium carbonate scale (LSI +2.0) and corrosion of mild steel and copper. For closed loops in food processing (dairy, bakeries), it is non-toxic and safe. Dosage: 100-200 ppm in cooling water, 1000-2000 ppm initial in closed loops. The product is readily biodegradable (60% in 28 days, OECD 301B) and has low aquatic toxicity (LC50 >100 mg/L for fish). For Delhi's ZLD systems (textile, pharma), MP-538 reduces phosphate load in reject streams (important for evaporator performance). It is supplied as a hazy liquid (due to polyaspartate) with specific gravity 1.05-1.10. It works over pH 7-9.5 and temperatures up to 80°C (176°F). We provide on-site performance monitoring (corrosion coupons, LSI calculation) for Delhi's customers. For cooling towers with copper heat exchangers (common in data center chillers), MP-538 includes sufficient azole. For boiler water treatment, this product is not recommended (use separate boiler chemicals). Available in 200L drums, 1000L IBCs. We also offer free technical seminars for Delhi's industries on phosphate-free water treatment programs. Shelf life: 18 months.

Application:

    The specific corrosion inhibitors in INNOVA BW 538 provide corrosion protection by the formation of a protective passive film on the metal surfaces without adding much to the TDS in boiler water. The protective layer prevents direct contact of the corrosive media (water) with the metal surface.

    INNOVA BW 538 also contains powerful threshold inhibitor to prevent scale formation in feed water pipelines and boiler internals. The crystal distorter and specific dispersant incorporated in the product ensures high mobility of the phosphate sludge formed so that it is easily removed by blow-down. The dispersant also ensures that suspended particulate matter do not accumulate and are removed by the blow-down.

Dosage & Feeding:

    INNOVA BW 538 can be dosed directly without dilution. The proper treatment levels vary with factors like boiler system, operating conditions, boiler pressure and water Characteristics. The product Characteristics and viscosity permit easy feeding by on-line dosage pumps. The desired feeding mode is the continuous injection to feed water.

Handling:

    Avoid contact with eye or prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention. In case of ingestion, wash mouth thoroughly and drink plenty of water. Do not induce vomiting and seek medical attention. Avoid extremes of temperature and wear gloves and goggles wherever appropriate.

Compatibility:

    INNOVA BW 538 compatible with other products used in total boiler water treatment program should be confirmed by the Kimberlite's technical representative.
