Innova Corporate (India) supplies Non-Ionic Poly Electrolyte PE-615 – a non-ionic polyacrylamide (NPAM) with very high molecular weight (12-15 million Da) for Delhi's industrial applications where pH extremes or high salt concentrations would inhibit ionic polymers. For acidic or high-TDS wastewater from chemical plants or metal finishing, NPAM provides efficient flocculation without charge neutralization issues. For paper mill effluent (if any), NPAM settles fibers and fillers effectively. For textile effluent with high salt (from dyeing), NPAM works well because its flocculation mechanism is bridging, not charge neutralization. It is supplied as a white granular powder (100% active) and must be dissolved in clean water to 0.1-0.3% solution (avoid hard water for make-down; use softened or RO water). It is non-toxic and environmentally friendly. Dosage: 1-10 ppm as polymer in the treated water. For Delhi's municipal STPs (sewage treatment plants), NPAM can be used for sludge dewatering but cationic polymers are more efficient. For drinking water clarification (Delhi's municipal water), NPAM is FDA-approved at low levels (<1 ppm). Available in 25kg bags. We provide on-site viscosity measurement (Brookfield) to confirm proper make-down (target viscosity 2-5 cP for 0.1% solution). For high-shear applications (e.g., in a centrifuge), we recommend a liquid emulsion form (30-40% active) for easier dosing and instant activation. For Delhi's ceramic industry (small pottery units), NPAM acts as a binder and deflocculant. Technical data: residual monomer <0.05%, solubility time <60 min in cold water. For flocculation of biological sludge (from food or textile ETPs), NPAM is less effective than cationic – use our PE-609 or 613. Pack sizes: 25kg.
As leading manufacturers and suppliers, we provide a specialized range of Non-Ionic Polyelectrolytes for the treatment of process water in Delhi. These polyelectrolytes act as powerful flocculants that eliminate and reduce the particle load of liquid waste. Unlike ionic or cationic variants, these non-ionic structures are charge-less, allowing them to perform exceptionally well when the local water composition is compatible.
For industrial plants in Delhi looking for efficient solid-liquid separation, INNOVA PE 615 offers a reliable solution that optimizes filtration performance and ensures environmental compliance.
