In Dubai's cooling towers – serving district cooling plants, high-rise buildings (Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall), hotels, and data centers – the extreme evaporation rate due to summer heat (50°C/122°F) and low humidity concentrates dissolved solids rapidly, causing sticky sludge that reduces heat transfer efficiency by 20-30%. Our dispersant keeps these particles suspended for blowdown removal. For aluminium smelting (potline cooling), it prevents redeposition of alumina fines. For pharmaceutical and food processing, it keeps heat exchangers clean.
