Innova Corporate (India) offers a combined Antiscalant and Mineral Dispersant formulation for Ethiopia's cooling towers, boilers, and industrial process water systems. The product contains low-molecular-weight polyacrylic acids (2000-5000 Da) and maleic acid copolymers that simultaneously inhibit scale crystal growth and disperse existing mineral deposits (calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, iron oxides, clay, and silica). In Ethiopia's cooling towers – serving textile mills (Hawassa, Bole Lemi, Kombolcha), leather tanneries, food processing plants (coffee, sugar, edible oil), and beverage bottling units – the high ambient temperatures (30-35°C/86-95°F in the lowlands, 20-25°C/68-77°F in the highlands) cause moderate evaporation, concentrating calcium, magnesium, and silica, leading to sticky sludge that reduces heat transfer efficiency by 20-30%. Our dispersant keeps these particles suspended for blowdown removal. For textile processing (desizing, scouring, dyeing), it prevents redeposition of removed impurities (starches, waxes, oils, dyes) onto fabric, improving quality. For leather tanneries, it prevents redeposition of lime, sulfide, and chrome flocs, enhancing hide quality. Laboratory tests using Ethiopia's surface water (Awash River: hardness 150 ppm, TDS 400 mg/L) and groundwater (hardness 350 ppm, TDS 1200 mg/L, iron 3 ppm) showed 95% inhibition of calcium carbonate and 85% dispersion of iron flocs. The product operates at pH 6.5-9.0 and temperature up to 100°C (212°F). Compatible with all common biocides. For Ethiopia's common effluent treatment plants (CETPs) for industrial parks, it helps prevent sludge deposition in clarifiers. Regular use reduces manual cleaning frequency for heat exchangers by 60%. Available in 200L drums, 1000L IBCs. We provide jar testing and turbidity measurement for Ethiopia's customers, with our technical team ready to support the country's growing industrial base.
