Innova Corporate (India) offers Chilled Water & Closed Loop Corrosion Inhibitors for Ethiopia's air conditioning systems, process chillers, and closed recirculating loops in textile industrial park HVAC, leather tanneries, food processing plants (cold storage, refrigeration), beverage plants (soft drink chillers), hospitals (Addis Ababa), hotels, and commercial buildings. Ethiopia's make-up water – surface water (Awash River, Blue Nile, Rift Valley Lakes: hardness 100-300 ppm, chlorides 50-150 ppm) or groundwater (hardness 200-600 ppm, chlorides 100-300 ppm) – can cause pitting corrosion of mild steel, copper, and brass in chilled water systems. Our inhibitors are based on molybdate (100-200 ppm), nitrite (400-800 ppm), or azole (tolyltriazole), often blended with phosphate and polymer dispersants. For Ethiopia's large textile industrial park HVAC systems (Hawassa, Bole Lemi, Kombolcha) and food processing refrigeration, we recommend nitrite-borate-azole formulation for mixed metallurgy systems. For facilities using groundwater with high chloride and iron content, we offer molybdate-based inhibitors (better for high-chloride environments). For food-grade closed loops (dairy cold storage, beverage chillers), we supply NSF-certified inhibitors (molybdate-based, no nitrite). We provide corrosion coupon testing (ASTM D2688), test kits (nitrite, molybdate, pH, conductivity, azole), and automatic feed systems. For systems with high iron content (common in Ethiopia's groundwater), our inhibitors include additional chelants. Available in 25L, 200L drums, and 1000L IBCs.
