Scale thickness of just 1 mm reduces heat transfer by 20-30%, increasing energy costs. Our descaling compounds include: inhibited sulfamic acid (powder, 5-15% solution) – safer than HCl; phosphonic acid blends (liquid) – for mixed scale; EDTA-based alkaline descalers – for iron oxide removal (critical for high-iron groundwater). For Ethiopia's textile mills, tanneries, and food processing plants, we provide a closed-loop circulation method: circulate 5-15% descaler for 4-12 hours at 40-50°C (104-122°F).
