Innova Corporate (India) offers Cationic Poly Electrolyte PE-607, a medium charge density, high molecular weight cationic polymer specifically engineered for industrial effluent treatment and sludge dewatering in Greater Noida's manufacturing sector. PE-607 differs from PE-605 in its charge density and molecular weight profile, making it particularly suitable for waste streams with moderate anionic charge and biological sludges. Industries across Surajpur, Kasna, and Ecotech including automobile plants (biological sludge from paint shop ETP), pharmaceutical units (mixed chemical-biological sludge), food processing (high organic sludge), and engineering fabrication units benefit from this product. The PE-607 mechanism involves bridging between particles enhanced by charge neutralization. The product is particularly effective for sludge dewatering applications before filter presses, belt presses, centrifuges, or drying beds. It produces large, shear-resistant flocs that release water readily, resulting in cake solids of 15-30% depending on sludge type. Key applications include sludge conditioning for dewatering, primary clarification of industrial wastewater, and tertiary treatment polishing. Our PE-607 is supplied as a powder or emulsion that dissolves rapidly to form a homogeneous solution. Typical dosage for sludge dewatering ranges from 2-10 kg per ton of dry solids. For liquid clarification, dosage ranges 1-10 ppm as a 0.1-0.2% solution. The product is effective across pH 5-9 and at temperatures up to 60°C. By using PE-607, Greater Noida industries can achieve reduced sludge volume (lower disposal costs), faster dewatering rates (increased throughput), cleaner filtrate (lower solids loading on downstream processes), reduced polymer consumption compared to other conditioners, and compliance with UPPCB guidelines for sludge disposal.
Some of the other Ionic impurities also attach to this molecule, thereby making it more effective in creating minute particles, which are then converted into primary flocs in the subsequent processes of juice clarification and industrial liquid processing throughout Greater-noida.
The percentage decolourisation obtained depends upon the INNOVA PE 607 quantity used, upto certain limits. Under normal conditions, 10 to 20 ppm, on juice is sufficient to achieve a high degree of decolourisation. The dosing point should be into the sulphited juice entering the Dorr Clarifier or in the mixed juice tank.
Higher dilution is necessary because of the concentrated nature of INNOVA PE 607 dilution at a level of 1:20, with water, is recommended prior to its being dosed. Dosing pumps should be used for dosing the diluted product to ensure thorough and proportionate mixing. Product dilution and feeding should be done from plastic barrels only.
INNOVA PE 607 has a long shelf life; it should be stored at ambient temperature. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and food. In case of contact, immediately flush eyes or skin with large amount of water several times.
INNOVA PE 607 is available in 25Kgs & 50Kgs drum.
