Innova Corporate (India) offers Cationic Poly Electrolyte PE-607, a medium charge density, high molecular weight cationic polymer specifically engineered for industrial effluent treatment and sludge dewatering in Gujarat's manufacturing sector. Industries across Ahmedabad, Surat, Ankleshwar, Vapi, Vadodara, and Jamnagar including chemical plants (biological sludge from activated sludge process), pharmaceutical units (mixed chemical-biological sludge), textile processing (high organic sludge), and refineries (oily sludge) benefit from this product. PE-607 is particularly effective for sludge dewatering applications before filter presses, belt presses, centrifuges, or drying beds. It produces large, shear-resistant flocs that release water readily, resulting in cake solids of 15-30% depending on sludge type. Key applications include sludge conditioning for dewatering, primary clarification of industrial wastewater, and tertiary treatment polishing. The product is supplied as a powder or emulsion. Typical dosage for sludge dewatering ranges from 2-10 kg per ton of dry solids. For liquid clarification, dosage ranges 1-10 ppm as 0.1-0.2% solution. The product is effective across pH 5-9 and temperatures up to 60°C. By using PE-607, Gujarat industries can achieve reduced sludge volume (lower disposal costs), faster dewatering rates, cleaner filtrate, reduced polymer consumption, and compliance with GPCB guidelines for sludge disposal.

Dosage & Feeding:

    The percentage decolourisation obtained depends upon the INNOVA PE 607 quantity used, upto certain limits. Under normal conditions, 10 to 20 ppm, on juice is sufficient to achieve a high degree of decolourisation. The dosing point should be into the sulphited juice entering the Dorr Clarifier or in the mixed juice tank.

    Higher dilution is necessary because of the concentrated nature of INNOVA PE 607 dilution at a level of 1:20, with water, is recommended prior to its being dosed. Dosing pumps should be used for dosing the diluted product to ensure thorough and proportionate mixing. Product dilution and feeding should be done from plastic barrels only.

Dosage & Feeding:

    INNOVA PE 607 has a long shelf life; it should be stored at ambient temperature. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and food. In case of contact, immediately flush eyes or skin with large amount of water several times.
