Innova Corporate (India) provides Deposit Controller 276, a high-performance polymer-phosphonate blend specifically formulated for high-hardness, high-pH cooling water systems in Gujarat's industrial sector. Industries in Ahmedabad, Ankleshwar, Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, and Jamnagar operating cooling towers with high cycles of concentration face severe calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate scaling due to Gujarat's high TDS and hard water conditions. Deposit Controller 276 incorporates sulfonated copolymers (AA-AMPS, HPA) that provide exceptional calcium tolerance (up to 1000 ppm Ca as CaCO₃) and excellent dispersion of iron oxides, clay, and phosphate sludge - critical for Gujarat's iron-rich water. It works through threshold inhibition, crystal modification, and steric stabilization. It is particularly effective in high pH conditions (7.5-9.5) and at elevated temperatures (up to 100°C). The product is liquid, easy to dose at 10-40 ppm. It is compatible with molybdate, phosphate, and zinc-based corrosion inhibitors and biocides. By using Deposit Controller 276, Gujarat industries can achieve effective scale control even at high cycles of concentration (saving water and reducing blowdown), cleaner heat exchangers, reduced chemical cleaning frequency, and lower total operating costs.

Application:

    INNOVA BW 276 also contains powerful threshold inhibitor to prevent scale formation in feed water pipelines and boiler internals. The crystal distorter and specific dispersant incorporated in the product ensures high mobility of the phosphate sludge formed so that it is easily removed by blow down. The dispersant also ensures that suspended particulate matter do not accumulate and are removed by the blow down.

The proper treatment levels vary with factors like boiler system, operating conditions, boiler pressure and water Characteristics.. The desired feeding mode is the continuous injection to feed water. Use sufficient quantity of INNOVA BW 276 to maintain recommended phosphate residual in the boiler water.

Handling:

    Keep the container closed when not in use. Avoid contact with eye or prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally.In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention. In case of ingestion, wash mouth thoroughly and drink plenty of water.
