Deposit Controller 277 is a proprietary blend of specialty polymers, phosphonates, and chelating agents designed to control mixed deposits including iron oxide, silica, calcium sulfate, fluoride scales, and heavy metal scales. It works through chelation of metal ions, dispersion of particulate matter, and inhibition of scale crystal growth. Key features include excellent iron stabilization, good silica dispersion, effective heavy metal chelation, and high thermal stability (up to 150°C). Typical dosage ranges from 20-80 ppm. Use sufficient quantity of INNOVA BW 277 to maintain recommended phosphate residual in the boiler water.

Handling:

    Keep the container closed when not in use. Avoid contact with eye or prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water.
