Fatty Acid Based Viscosity Reducer (INNOVA SP 008) in Gujarat

Innova Corporate (India) offers Fatty Acid Based Viscosity Reducer for high-viscosity industrial fluids and process applications across Gujarat. Industries in Ahmedabad (automobile - Sanand), Vadodara, Rajkot (engineering), Ankleshwar (chemicals), and Jamnagar (refinery) including automobile manufacturing, lubricant production, paint and coating manufacturing, chemical processing, and oil & gas often face challenges with excessively viscous fluids that are difficult to pump, mix, or process. Our product is a blend of unsaturated fatty acids (oleic, linoleic, ricinoleic) and specialty esters that intercalate between polymer chains or disrupt molecular associations, effectively reducing viscosity without affecting other properties. Key applications include crude oil transportation (reducing pipeline friction), polymer solutions, heavy fuel oil, paint and coating formulations, and lubricant manufacturing. Key features include effective at low dosages (0.1-1.0% on fluid weight), good thermal stability (up to 150°C), compatible with most hydrocarbon and water-based systems, and biodegradable. By using our product, Gujarat industries can achieve reduced pumping energy consumption (10-30% savings), increased pipeline throughput, improved mixing efficiency, reduced equipment wear, and lower operating costs.

For industrial operations in Gujarat, dosage depends on the type and size of the pan and the severity of the fluid problems. The normal recommended dosage is 500 gm/40 M.T batch pan, which can be dosed by gravity. For continuous pan capacities of 20T/hr, a dosage of 150 gm/hr is recommended to maintain optimal flow and efficiency.

Storage Conditions: Keep away from freezing, as material stability may be affected. Given the local climate in Gujarat, ensure the storage temperature is maintained between a minimum of 10°C (34°F) and a maximum of 80°C (176°F) to preserve product integrity.
