Innova Corporate (India) offers Cationic Poly Electrolyte PE-607, a medium charge density cationic polymer for sludge dewatering and industrial effluent treatment in Gurugram. Industries across Udyog Vihar, Manesar, and Dundahera including automobile plants (biological sludge), pharmaceutical units (mixed chemical-biological sludge), and engineering fabrication benefit from this product. PE-607 is particularly effective for sludge dewatering before filter presses, belt presses, or centrifuges, producing cake solids of 15-30%. Typical dosage for sludge dewatering ranges from 2-10 kg/ton dry solids. The product is effective across pH 5-9 and temperatures up to 60°C. By using PE-607, Gurugram industries achieve reduced sludge volume (lower disposal costs), faster dewatering rates, cleaner filtrate, reduced polymer consumption, and compliance with HSPCB sludge disposal guidelines.

Dosage & Feeding:

    The percentage decolourisation obtained depends upon the INNOVA PE 607 quantity used, upto certain limits. Under normal conditions, 10 to 20 ppm, on juice is sufficient to achieve a high degree of decolourisation. The dosing point should be into the sulphited juice entering the Dorr Clarifier or in the mixed juice tank.

    Higher dilution is necessary because of the concentrated nature of INNOVA PE 607 dilution at a level of 1:20, with water, is recommended prior to its being dosed. Dosing pumps should be used for dosing the diluted product to ensure thorough and proportionate mixing. Product dilution and feeding should be done from plastic barrels only.

Dosage & Feeding:

    INNOVA PE 607 has a long shelf life; it should be stored at ambient temperature. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and food. In case of contact, immediately flush eyes or skin with large amount of water several times.
