Highly Concentrated Antiscalant Food Grade (INNOVA MT 064) is a premium, high-efficiency scale inhibitor specifically engineered for Reverse Osmosis (RO) and nanofiltration systems operating in the food and beverage industry. This advanced food-grade formulation is designed to prevent the precipitation of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, and silica on membrane surfaces, even under high-recovery conditions. By utilizing INNOVA MT 064, processing plants can maintain optimal permeate flow, extend membrane life, and significantly reduce the frequency of chemical cleanings. Its highly concentrated nature ensures low dosage requirements and cost-effective operation while meeting stringent safety and purity standards for food-contact water applications.

In the recent development Innova formulated antiscalant for RO system that combines organic acids dispersant, which softens the sulphate scales.

INNOVA MT 064 is a highly effective threshold agent, which inhibits the precipitation of calcium carbonate, calcium sulphate, and barium sulphate by increasing their solubilities. It is also an effective iron sequestrant and reduces iron fouling.

Dosing:

    For dosage projection consult Innova's technical service personnel to determine the proper dosage. A complete water analysis is required and filter analysis is recommended as a basis for accurate dosage projection.

Handling:

    Do not store the material in open, store in cool dark place away from direct sunlight. Keep the container tightly closed when not in use. This product exhibits very low order of oral toxicity. No special care is required in handling this product

    Avoid contacts with eyes, skin and food. In case of contact, immediately flush eyes or skin with large amount of water several times. If swallowed drink large amount of water or milk and get medical attention immediately. Do not re-.use the empty container, destroy it.
