Indore's water sources include Narmada canal water (moderate hardness 100-180 ppm as CaCO₃, moderate TDS 200-400 ppm) and groundwater (high TDS 500-1500 ppm, high hardness 200-400 ppm, high fluoride 1.5-5 ppm in South Indore, high silica 15-30 ppm). This challenging water chemistry leads to scale deposition, silica scaling, fluoride scaling, and iron fouling in cooling towers, heat exchangers, and RO systems. Our Acrylic Metal Co-Polymer effectively eliminates the buildup of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, silica scale, fluoride compounds, and iron oxides, ensuring uninterrupted operation of cooling towers, heat exchangers, boilers, and RO systems. With exceptional thermal stability up to 250°C and excellent dispersion properties for iron oxides, silica, and suspended solids, this co-polymer maximizes equipment productivity. It is particularly effective in high TDS, high hardness, and high silica conditions common in Indore's groundwater. By reducing maintenance downtime and chemical cleaning frequency, we significantly lower operational costs.
