Innova Corporate (India) provides a specialized Di-Chlorophenate based Biocide, a powerful chlorinated phenolic biocide for challenging microbial control in Indore. Facilities across Pithampur, Sanwer Road, and Lasudia Mori dealing with persistent biofilm, fungal infestation, and biocide-resistant strains benefit from this formulation. Di-Chlorophenate offers superior performance against fungi and yeasts and excellent biofilm penetration with long residual activity (5-7 days). Indore's automobile plants, pharmaceutical units, and food processing industries often face fungal contamination due to hot summers, warm temperatures, and organic nutrients. Our product works through multiple mechanisms: membrane disruption, enzyme inactivation, and protein precipitation. This multi-site action makes it effective against biocide-resistant strains and reduces resistance development. It is particularly effective in acidic to neutral pH (4-8). Key applications include cooling water systems with fungal problems, pharmaceutical purified water loops (fungal control), food processing sanitation, and industrial preservation. The biocide also controls sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB). Our product is stable at elevated temperatures (up to 80°C) and compatible with non-ionic and anionic surfactants. Typical dosage: 20-100 ppm maintenance to 100-300 ppm shock. By using our Di-Chlorophenate biocide, Indore industries achieve effective fungal control (90-99% reduction), reduced biofilm thickness (50-70%), longer intervals between cleaning (50-100% longer), improved product quality, and MPPCB compliance.
Dosage in cooling water treatment programs is 50 to 75 ppm for the effective control of biocidal activity. For pulp and paper mills 10 ppm dosage is recommended.
INNOVA BCD 425 should be fed as received and not diluted with water or mixed with any chemical feed solution. The chemical should be added to cooling tower basin (or any other point which provides uniform mixing) addition should be made through metering pump to minimise handling.

The best indication of the successful application of INNOVA BCD 425 is visual inspection of tower surfaces or monitoring changes in heat transfer on metal surface of process equipment.
Use of on-site bacterial counts or microscopic examination provide relative indicators of system cleanliness and biological control. If bacteria counts are used, Note that counts may be high immediately after biocide addition. Counts will be lower as control is achieved.
INNOVA BCD 425 is available in 25Kgs, 50Kgs & 200 Kgs.
