Antiscalant-275 is a phosphonate-polymer blend threshold inhibitor preventing calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, silica, iron oxides, and heavy metal scales. Works through crystal distortion, threshold inhibition, and dispersion. Effective in cooling water (pH 7.5-9.0, TDS up to 5000 ppm, temperature up to 70°C). The dispersant also ensures that suspended particulate matter do not accumulate and are removed by the blow down.

Dosage & Feeding:

The proper treatment levels vary with factors like boiler system, operating conditions, boiler pressure and water Characteristics. The desired feeding mode is the continuous injection to feed water. Use sufficient quantity of INNOVA BW 275 to maintain recommended phosphate residual in the boiler water.

Handling:

    Keep the container closed when not in use. Avoid contact with eye or prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention. In case of ingestion, wash mouth thoroughly and drink plenty of water.
