Oven & Grill Cleaner
Our Oven & Grill Cleaner is a professional-grade, heavy-duty degreasing agent engineered to penetrate and dissolve the most stubborn carbonized soils and burnt-on food residues. This powerful alkaline formulation features a high-viscosity "cling" technology that allows the cleaner to remain in contact with vertical surfaces, maximizing its chemical action on grease and charred fats. Ideal for commercial kitchens, food processing units, and industrial ovens, it quickly restores surfaces to their original condition without the need for excessive scrubbing. Features :
- This product is a highly alkaline cleaner suitable for periodic cleaning of heavily soiled ovens, grills.
- Diluted with water the product is suitable for soak cleaning of fryers.
- This blend of alkali, surfactants removes heavily carbonized soil.
- Designed to cut through heavy grease, carbon and baked food residues.
Benefits :
- For removal of highly carbonaceous and baked-on deposits. No taint or smell on cleaning.
- Ideal for use on ovens, grills, hoods & vents, cooking vessels, deep fryers and other food preparation areas.
Directions of Use :
- Dilute 50ml to a liter of water and swab Surface with mop.
- Heavy dirt build up should be agitated with brush.
- Rinsing is necessary after removing heavy dirt deposits.
- Repeat the process for few days for desired results.
- For stubborn stains pour directly and Scrub.
Oven & Grill Cleaning :
- Ensure temperature of the surface is less than 80°C(Optimum 60-80°C).
- Spray neat product direct on to surface or equipment.
- Leave for 5-30minutes depending on the level of soiling.
- Remove loose deposit with a scourer or brush.
- Rinse well with clean, hot water and allow to air dry.
Fryer Cleaning :
- Drain oil and close oil fill level.
- Fill wih water to almost oil level.
- Add 500ml of Kleanlight Oven & grill cleaner for every 10L of water (5%w/w).Check oil capacity for fill leve
- Turn on fryer and bring to a controlled boil for 15-30 minutes.
- After cooling and draining, scrub remaining residues from side walls and heating elements with a scourer or brush.
- Rinse twice with clean, hot water and allow to air dry.
Grill Extractor Cleaning :
- Dismantle the grill extractor.
- Place the parts in 50 -100ml Kleanlight Oven & grill cleaner hot water (5-10%solution ).
- Leave for 15-60 minutes.
- Rinse well with clean water and allow to dry.
Product Compatibility:
- Oven & grill cleaner is suitable for use on stainless steel materials commonly used in kitchen.
- Do not use on alkali sensitive materials such as Aluminimum, copper etc.

Storage Information :
- Store in original closed containers away from extremes of temperature.
