Designed as an advanced scale inhibitor and dispersant, our formulation is ideal for LNG plants (Ras Laffan), refineries (Mesaieed), petrochemical plants, steel (Qatar Steel), aluminum (Qatalum), and desalination plants (pre-treatment) across Mesaieed Industrial City, Ras Laffan Industrial City, and Doha. Qatar's water sources - primarily desalinated water (high purity, aggressive, corrosive) and groundwater (extremely high TDS 5000-15000+ ppm, high hardness 1000-3000 ppm, high chloride 3000-8000 ppm, high sulfate 1000-3000 ppm, high iron 5-20 ppm) - present extreme challenges. This leads to severe scale deposition, iron fouling, chloride-induced corrosion, sulfate scaling (gypsum), and brine management issues in cooling towers, heat exchangers, desalination membranes, and RO systems. Our Acrylic Metal Co-Polymer effectively eliminates calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate (gypsum), iron oxides, chloride scales, and silica, ensuring uninterrupted operation. With thermal stability up to 250°C and excellent dispersion properties, it maximizes productivity in Qatar's extreme summer heat (45-50°C). Particularly effective in high TDS, high chloride, high sulfate, high hardness, and high iron conditions common across Qatar's industrial water sources. Our product is phosphorus-free and environmentally compatible, suitable for strict MOECC regulations and Arabian Gulf marine protection standards.
