Innova Corporate (India) presents Antiscalant-275 for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Industrial facilities across Jubail, Yanbu, Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah, Rabigh, and Ras Al Khair struggle with extremely high TDS (5000-20000+ ppm), high hardness (1500-5000 ppm), high chloride (5000-10000+ ppm), high sulfate (2000-5000 ppm), and high iron (5-25 ppm). This leads to aggressive scale deposition, iron fouling, chloride-induced corrosion, sulfate scaling (gypsum), brine management issues, and equipment failure in cooling towers, heat exchangers, desalination membranes, and RO systems. Antiscalant-275 is a high-performance phosphonate-polymer blend threshold inhibitor preventing calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate (gypsum), iron oxides, chloride scales, and silica. Works through crystal distortion, threshold inhibition, and dispersion. Effective in cooling water (pH 7.5-9.0, TDS up to 30,000-50,000 ppm, temperature up to 70°C). Application:

    INNOVA BW 275 also contains powerful threshold inhibitor to prevent scale formation in feed water pipelines and boiler internals.The crystal distorter and specific dispersant incorporated in the product ensures high mobility of the phosphate sludge formed so that it is easily removed by blow down. The dispersant also ensures that suspended particulate matter do not accumulate and are removed by the blow down.

Dosage & Feeding:

    INNOVA BW 275 can be dosed directly by dissolving up to 5% in the best quality of water available. The proper treatment levels vary with factors like boiler system, operating conditions, boiler pressure and water Characteristics. The desired feeding mode is the continuous injection to feed water. Use sufficient quantity of INNOVA BW 275 to maintain recommended phosphate residual in the boiler water.

Handling:

    Keep the container closed when not in use. Avoid contact with eye or prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention. In case of ingestion, wash mouth thoroughly and drink plenty of water.
