Silica levels in Saudi Arabia's groundwater range from 20-60 ppm (higher in deeper aquifers). Silica scaling is one of the most difficult problems in reverse osmosis (RO) systems, cooling towers, high-pressure boilers, desalination plants, and ZLD evaporators because silica scales are extremely hard, glass-like, and resistant to conventional acid cleaning. Once deposited, silica scale can only be removed using hazardous chemicals like hydrofluoric acid, making prevention critical - especially in Saudi Arabia where desalination and water recycling are essential due to extreme water scarcity. Treatment & Dosage Requirements in Saudi-arabia :

Handling:
