Innova Corporate (India) offers Biocides Di Chlorophenate Based (INNOVA BCD 425), a high-performance bactericide and fungicide specifically engineered to manage broad-spectrum microbial growth in the demanding industrial environments of Switzerland. This potent liquid biocide provides exceptional control over slime-forming bacteria and algae, which are frequently found in cooling water systems and specialized industrial processes across the capital city. By integrating INNOVA BCD 425 into your maintenance regimen, you can effectively neutralize biological threats common to the region before they impact productivity.
Our advanced INNOVA BCD 425 formulation is essential for preventing bio-fouling and ensuring optimal system hygiene across your entire infrastructure in Switzerland. It provides a robust layer of defense against micro-biologically induced corrosion (MIC), safeguarding metal components and heat-transfer surfaces in local tea processing and rubber units. This proactive biological management ensures long-term operational stability, reduces the risk of unplanned shutdowns, and maintains the peak efficiency of your industrial water treatment assets throughout the city.
Dosage in cooling water treatment programs is 50 to 75 ppm for the effective control of biocidal activity. For pulp and paper mills 10 ppm dosage is recommended.
INNOVA BCD 425 should be fed as received and not diluted with water or mixed with any chemical feed solution. The chemical should be added to cooling tower basin (or any other point which provides uniform mixing) addition should be made through metering pump to minimise handling.

The best indication of the successful application of INNOVA BCD 425 is visual inspection of tower surfaces or monitoring changes in heat transfer on metal surface of process equipment.
Use of on-site bacterial counts or microscopic examination provide relative indicators of system cleanliness and biological control. If bacteria counts are used, Note that counts may be high immediately after biocide addition. Counts will be lower as control is achieved.
INNOVA BCD 425 is available in 25Kgs, 50Kgs & 200 Kgs.
