Tamil Nadu's water - primarily Cauvery river, Palar river, and groundwater - has high TDS (1000-3000 ppm), high hardness (300-700 ppm), high fluoride (1.5-5 ppm), high iron (2-10 ppm), high nitrate (50-150 ppm), and high chromium from leather/chemical effluents in Vellore-Ranipet belt. This leads to severe scale deposition, fluoride scaling, iron fouling, nitrate-related fouling, chromium scaling, and equipment failure in cooling towers, heat exchangers, and RO systems. Our Acrylic Metal Co-Polymer effectively eliminates calcium carbonate, fluoride compounds, iron oxides, nitrate deposits, and chromium compounds, ensuring uninterrupted operation. With thermal stability up to 250°C and excellent dispersion properties, it maximizes productivity in Tamil Nadu's hot climate (40-45°C). Particularly effective in high TDS, high hardness, high fluoride, high iron, high nitrate, and heavy metal conditions common in Tamil Nadu's water.
